How do you choose the best doctor for me ?
Once you communicate with us, our specialty team will collect your medical records and send you a health form to fill. Then, they will classify your case for the right specialty and with our experience and our research with the hospitals in our network, we will find the best choice for your case.
Is it expensive to travel and get my treatment in the USA?
It varies from case to case. It depends on the type of treatment and the kind of disease. It can start from $5000 to $100,000.
Will you help me get my USA visa?
The OrgaMed team will help you get your acceptance letter from the hospital where you will get your treatment. OrgaMed will guide you to fill out paperwork that you would need in your interview.
Will my information be shared with any media or person?
No, your information will be protected and will not be shared with anyone but your doctors and the hospitals that will be part of your team.
Will OrgaMed follow up with me after my surgery and my treatment?
Yes, OrgaMed team will make sure you will get back home safely and within 7 days of your arrival, one of our team members will follow-up with you and if there is any other need to see your doctor again, we will arrange an appointment for you which will be through Skype or any other video call platform.
Can I have a doctor follow up my treatment plan without traveling to the US?
Yes, OrgaMed has the ability to organize that for you. OrgaMed will save your time looking for the right doctor because our team are pharmacists and doctors who practice in the US, so they will connect you with the expert to address your special needs.
Can I get an immediate response from OrgaMed CEO about any more or detailed question?
Yes, usually email takes 1-2 days to be answered. But if you need an immediate response, it will be through a direct messaging system and a small fee will be applied for this consultation.
Can I bring my family with me during my medical trip?
Yes, you have the right to bring one or more of your immediate family to be with you during your surgery. But at the end of the day, it is the US embassy’s decision. OrgaMed will do every possible effort to make you feel as if you are around your family while you are in the US. We can organize a program beside treatment to show you and your family the best places around the city. We believe that treatment comes from the inside first.
Can OrgaMed help me book my flight, hotel and arrange everything during my trip including transportation?
Yes, we have a separate team within OrgaMed who can take care of all of that. Again, we treat you as one of our family members who is coming to the USA for treatment and we will give you the same hospitality.
